Traditional Soap Making Workshop
Learn the fundamentals of Traditional Soap Making in this hands-on workshop where you will learn the techniques, ingredients and equipment needed to make your own sudsy bars. We will touch on some "fun science" (the backbone of soap making), the differences in ingredients, soap making methods and techniques to then create your own custom bars equaling over 2 lbs. or 14 bars. Participants will mix, customize and mold your own bars to take home. All supplies including a detailed handout containing all the information discussed during the class with recipes and instructions.
Participants must have legs covered and closed toed shoes. Safety glasses, gloves and aprons will be provided. Please bring an old towel to wrap your soap in and a bag to transport it home.

Cupcake Decorating Workshop
Come learn to decorate! We will be decorating fall themed cupcakes just in time for Thanksgiving. You will be taught the basics of piping and decorating with icing, and working with buttercream icing. During this workshop you will learn variety of floral techniques. This is a great workshop for beginners!
You will leave with 1/2 dozen decorated cupcakes.

Come learn to decorate! During this workshop, participants will decorate an assortment of different designs following teaching instructions by Iva from Kukkiville. This is a perfect beginners class. All material will be provided, this includes baked cookies, icing, tools, practice sheets, guides, & bakery boxes for each participant to take home their creations.

Dot Mandala Workshop
Dot Painting Wooden Rounds
Come out for a fun and relaxing night of painting. You will create a beautiful piece of dot art that could be a mandala or any design you like. During this class you will learn some basic dot painting techniques that will help you create your piece of art. There will be samples to give you ideas as a starting point and many paint colours to choose from. There will be a choice of two different sized wooden rounds to choose from (6 inch or just over 7 inches). No previous painting experience is necessary. You will leave with your beautifully painted wooden round, a stand to display your work, instructions and materials to seal your work and a sample page of some dot patterns.

Turkish Mosaic Lamps Workshop
Traditional Turkish Mosaic Lamps have been around for centuries, and are a beautiful way to brighten-up any space! Learn how to design and create your very own Turkish lamp in this 2.5 hour workshop. Under the guidance of your instructor, you will play with colourful glass to design and create your perfect lamp. You will be provided with everything you need to complete a 30cm Turkish Lamp which you will take home that evening.
No previous mosaic-making experience needed!

Advanced Soap Making Workshop
Beer/Goat Milk
**This workshop is for those that have taken Soapmaking 101 (or have previous cold process soap-making experience)
Create a new popular soap using either Beer or the ever popular Goat Milk soap and enjoy all the benefits of what these liquids will add to your natural handmade soap. Students will have the option of adding either Beer or Goat Milk to their soap.
Students will combine all the raw ingredients themselves and customize their soap. All supplies including a detailed handout containing all the information discussed during the class with recipes and instructions are included and you will go home with over 2 lbs of all-natural handmade Beer or Goat Milk soap equivalent to 14 bars!
Phthalate free fragrances or students are welcome to bring your own favorite Essential Oils to add in.

Needle Felting Workshop
Needle Felt a Flying Cardinal Ornament
Have a fun evening with felting artist, Cathy Disbrow, and learn to needle felt this cute flying Cardinal ornament that is perfect to hang on your tree, car mirror, or anywhere you want to watch this dapper fellow sway. Using a pipe cleaner, you will learn how to create a beak and wrap wool around it to create the core shape. Cathy will show you techniques on attaching curly wool locks for wings, securing glass eyes, and how to sew a nylon cord on for hanging. The bird is approx. 4” long. These birdies make great handmade gifts.
Wool, glass eyes, and 2 needles are included in the cost.
Foam pads will be available for students to use and may be purchased after class if desired.

These will make a beautiful addition to your Christmas tree, gifts or can even be used as gift tags. During this class you will learn some basic dot painting techniques and about the paints and tools to use to dot paint. There will be a few different shapes to choose from and lots of samples available to inspire your own creative designs. No previous painting experience is necessary. You will leave with four hand painted wooden Christmas ornaments, ribbon, instructions and materials to seal your work and a sample page of some dot patterns.
